Make Thumbnails in After Effects and Cinema 4D

Thumbnails in After Effects and Cinema 4D. Make a thumbnail in AE or combine AE and C4D for an epic thumbnail!
Most people use Photoshop, I think. So let me know what you use to make YouTube thumbnails! This is beginner skill, so anyone can do this. C4D and the LOOKS plugin are optional, you can make thumbnails with just After Effects!
